Plain language on purpose. If something here is not true of what the software actually does, the software is the bug.
THE SERVICE
Jewrvis is a personal second brain: it stores what you put into it and answers questions about it. It is early software, changing weekly, and it is offered as it is. Using it means accepting what is written here.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account is your email address, and access to that inbox is access to your account — there is no password to lose, which also means the inbox is the whole of the lock. Keep it secure. One account is one person; do not share it.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
You keep every right to what you put in. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train models. Ask, and we delete it or hand it back — see the privacy policy.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use it to break the law, do not put other people's data in it that you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to reach another account's data or to run the model endpoints as a free API for something else. Any of those ends the account.
AVAILABILITY
There is no uptime guarantee. The product depends on services we do not control, and when one of them is down, part of this is down.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take backups because losing your data would be a failure, not because a clause makes us — and a backup is not a promise that nothing is ever lost.
NO WARRANTY, AND THE LIMIT OF WHAT WE OWE
The software is provided without warranty of any kind. Its answers are generated by language models and can be wrong; they are not financial, legal, medical or tax advice, and decisions made on them are yours.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
ENDING IT
Leave whenever you like, and ask for your data on the way out. We may close an account that breaks the acceptable-use terms above, or shut the service down entirely — in which case account holders get notice and a chance to take their data with them.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
CHANGES
These terms can change as the product does. Material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect; the date at the top is the date of the current version.
